Behavioral Science majors develop an interdisciplinary perspective on human behavior and an understanding of psychological, social and cultural dimensions to being human in a complex society. Offered cooperatively by the Departments of Anthropology, Psychology and Sociology, the Behavioral Science Program is housed in the Department of Anthropology, which overseas academic advising. The program prepares graduates for a variety of jobs that require working with social science data and with people. Many of our alumni have pursued careers in human resources, social work, counseling, sales and marketing and law enforcement.

DBA in Leadership and Management

DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) is the highest level of management education. The study of the DBA programme is designed primarily for graduates of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and 2nd degree university graduates (Ing. or Mgr.) with at least five years experience in managerial positions.Students pursuing their quantitative DBA with an Emphasis in Leadership and Management will focus on examining and analyzing events by interpreting numeric data. Ph.D. in Business Psychology

Business psychology, more commonly called industrial and organizational (I/O or I-O) psychology, is known as one of the top-paying psychology fields.

 1 Recognized by the American Psychological Association (APA) as a specialty in professional psychology since 1996, industrial and organizational psychology is the study of human behavior specifically in the workplace.

2 Industrial and organizational psychologists analyze and interpret workplace dynamics at both the individual level and the group level and offer solutions that improve the health of the organization as well as its employees. The Wall Street Journal identified I/O psychology as the fastest-growing field within psychology in an article about the hottest jobs of 2018.

3 The American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) considers it a specialty under the umbrella of Organizational and Business Consulting Psychology, which includes I/O psychology and consulting psychology.
